Support ID + PIN verification
Every user has a personal 10-digit support ID and 4-digit PIN under Settings → 24-hour support. Read them out on the call to verify identity — we never ask for passwords.

Even when the platform runs on the school's own server, support IDs are issued by the GenEdu central platform — same hotline, same process.
How is a caller verified?
To protect student data, hotline staff ask for the support ID and PIN shown inside the platform before handling account or data related requests.
