Connect on your own school domain
Add one CNAME record in the school's DNS pointing to genedu.ai and we issue a TLS certificate and enable it. Staff and students log in on the school domain with the school crest and name.

Support ID + PIN verification
Every user has a personal 10-digit support ID and 4-digit PIN under Settings → 24-hour support. Read them out on the call to verify identity — we never ask for passwords.

Even when the platform runs on the school's own server, support IDs are issued by the GenEdu central platform — same hotline, same process.
